We are looking for a Senior Windows Systems Administrator who will be responsible for:

• Administering and maintaining virtual servers based on Microsoft Windows
• operating systems. Planning, implementing, and updating operating systems and related infrastructure.
• Analyzing and optimizing system performance through tuning and performance monitoring activities.
• Managing, configuring, and maintaining high-availability clustering environments.
• Managing and administering Microsoft 365services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and corporate collaboration and productivity services.
• Managing and administering Microsoft Azureservices, including Entra ID cloud services.networking, monitoring, and security
• Execute Disaster Recovery tests and contribute to defining and updating recovery procedures
• Proactively manage critical IT environment situations, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate corrective actions
• Contribute to defining and updating standards, policies, and procedures for system management
• Ensure the integrity and reliability of virtualized environments by planning and implementing necessary maintenance and evolution activities
• Apply information security policies and controls, contributing to maintaining compliance in managed environments
• Develop and maintain automation and scripting procedures using PowerShell for managing on-premises and cloud infrastructures

Requirements:

• Experience in the management and administration of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems in virtualized, bare-metal, and cloud environments
• Experience in the management and administration of major Microsoft platforms, in particular Windows Server, Exchange Server, and Exchange Online
• Experience in the management and administration of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID and cloud services Microsoft Azure
• Experience in the management and administration of SharePoint Online, Teams, and Microsoft collaboration services
• Experience in the management of Active Directory and core infrastructure services such as DNS, DHCP, SMTP, and HTTP
• Strong systems administration skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in enterprise environments
• Experience managing clustering, high availability, and disaster recovery environments
• Experience managing and administering SAN and NAS storage architectures, including implementation and support solutions
• Experience delivering virtualization, consolidation, and data center modernization projects
• Experience managing and administering leading backup solutions and IT infrastructure security topics
• Experience with system tuning, capacity planning, and performance optimization
• Experience using PowerShell, scripting, and automating Windows systems and Microsoft 365 and Azure services
• Ability to coordinate specialist teams
• Good command of the English language

Preferred qualifications include

• Technical certifications in systems administration and virtualization
• Experience managing complex IT infrastructures and resolving critical incidents

BlueIT's Digital BU, which develops AI solutions and technology projects to guide companies through their business Digital Transformation journey, is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join its established team of innovators for a major project.

Specifically, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Analyzing client needs and collaborating with their technical and business teams to identify opportunities for AI application
• Designing and developing solutions based on generative AI and agentic systems, integrating them with business applications, data, and processes
• Experimenting with different approaches and technologies to rapidly validate ideas and transform prototypes into reliable, scalable applications
• Defining application and AI architectures that account for infrastructure, identity management, data access, security, governance, and integration with existing systems
• Managing the various project phases, from development to production, ensuring a focus on performance, reliability, monitoring, and solution maintainability
• Collaborating with client stakeholders to define project priorities, evaluate expected benefits, and measure results, including operational efficiency and return on investment
• Transferring expertise to client teams through documentation, tools, and reusable solutions, facilitating the independent management and evolution of what has been built

Requirements:

• Experience in developing cloud-native applications and architectures, with knowledge of APIs, microservices, containers, and serverless technologies
• Skills in designing and developing advanced AI solutions
• Experience using Artificial Intelligence platforms and models, such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Vertex AI, and open-source solutions
• Ability to integrate different AI models and services, designing flexible architectures that allow for managing multiple providers and processing pipelines
• Experience in releasing and managing applications in production, with knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and tools such as Terraform and Helm
• Knowledge of monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization activities for applications and infrastructure
• Experience in delivering end-to-end technology projects, from solution definition to adoption in real-world operational environments
• Ability to connect technological choices to business objectives, evaluating costs, benefits, and results through concrete indicators
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for engaging with both technical stakeholders and management figures
• Autonomy, curiosity, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
